Services FAQ
The CCS Service Centre is located in CC-201 (Central building) at the Concordia Loyola Campus.
Computers may be dropped off at either the downtown Computer Store (H-224) or directly with the technicians at CC-201 (Loyola Campus). Repairs dropped off downtown will be forwarded to the Loyola Service Centre and will be shipped back when ready for customer pick-up.

The CCS also offers on-site servicing for out of warranty HP or Lexmark laser printers within Concordia University. Purchase orders must be received before the service call can be initiated. The following information mustbe included on the PO: Printer model Printer serial number Nature of the problem Contact person information Office location of printer Base fee for Black & White Printers: $125 Base fee for Colour Printers: $140
Base fee includes on-site fee and one hour of labour. Refer to regular CCS service rates for additional labour charges. Service charges will apply even if the printer is inaccessible. Please ensure the contact is available when the technician arrives. *During the summer period, no service will be performed on Fridays due to the reduced operating hours in effect at that time.
